I launched this publication in 2024 as a home for esoteric curiosities, wellness learnings, and the exciting little rabbit holes we cannot help but follow.
When I started The Frequenter I wanted to create a strange, fascinating, and very fun corner of the internet. A place for my fellow ‘freqs’ to question, learn, and wonder.
At its heart, The Frequenter exists to help create a culture where the esoteric, spiritual, and embodied are approached with curiosity, rigor, and fascination. I believe these subjects are more than passing interests or cultural curiosities. They are traditions, systems of knowledge, areas of research, and most importantly, tools of understanding ourselves and the world around us.
Although they are often overlooked, dismissed, or misinterpreted, the subjects we discuss deserve thoughtful examination of their histories, philosophies, lived practices, and evolving bodies of research.
My hope is for The Frequenter to become the place you turn to for deeper understanding, unexpected interests, and new ways of looking inward, all while experiencing the particular pleasure of following a very good rabbit hole.
Every story should leave you with a clearer understanding, a more interesting perspective, and another question worth following.
