Liana is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of "The Frequenter". She is also a certified yoga teacher and the founder of HOT FREQ, a yogawear brand. She created "The Frequenter" to explore esoterica, embodied practice, culture, and inner life with curiosity, rigor, and a sense of humor. Her favorite rabbit holes are, unsurprisingly, all things esoteric.
